点评：I am genuinely devastated by my experience at Live True London.
I went in asking for dark blonde hair and left with very dark brown hair, patchy front pieces, and the worst haircut I’ve ever had. The colour is nothing like what was discussed, and the cut is uneven and poorly done. It looks awful.
On top of this, I was charged an extra £150, which I wasn’t expecting. Just like everyone, money is very tight at the moment, and this appointment was meant to be a treat for myself after Christmas. Instead, it has left me feeling completely upset and regretful.
The emotional impact has been huge. I’ve cried every day since the appointment and feel embarrassed about how my hair looks. This is not the standard you’d expect from a salon with such a strong reputation.
I trusted this salon and left feeling worse than when I arrived. I would not recommend based on my experience and I really hope they take accountability for situations like this in the future.
