Very disappointing experience – safety concerns

点评：We visited TeamSport Racing and unfortunately what should have been an enjoyable experience was seriously affected by the way an incident on track was handled.
During the second race, my wife was crashed into by a group of lads. The impact was significant enough to knock her helmet off and damage her glasses. She was left in pain and was unable to take part in the final race that we had paid for.
What made the situation worse was that the drivers involved were not removed from the race. They continued to drive aggressively, with further collisions involving several members of our group. This left us feeling genuinely concerned about being on the track with them for the remainder of the session.
We appreciate that collisions can happen in karting, but there is a big difference between an accidental incident and repeated poor driving that puts other customers at risk. We expected the staff to intervene appropriately once it became clear there was an ongoing issue.
The incident caused my wife pain, damaged her glasses, and meant she missed part of the experience we had paid for. More importantly, it completely changed the atmosphere for our group, as we no longer felt comfortable or safe on the track.
Unfortunately, this has left us with a very negative impression of our experience at TeamSport. We have contacted TeamSport to raise the complaint and are asking for a refund given the circumstances.
