The Ice Cream Parlour - unfriendly service
East Wittering Beach的点评
点评：East Wittering beach is a wonderful place to visit but unfortunately the same can’t be said for the Ice Cream Parlour — the small shack on the seafront.
We’ve visited a number of times and unfortunately the customer service from the main lady serving has consistently been disappointing. On our most recent visit we found her manner to be sarcastic and rude which really takes away from what should be a lovely experience.
Considering how much we spent on ice creams, you would expect a little more friendliness and basic customer service.
We always try to support local small businesses but unfortunately it’s difficult to justify returning when you’re made to feel unwelcome. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere in future — even if that means popping to Tesco down the road!
Such a shame, as the location is lovely and the beach itself is well worth visiting.
