点评:Vinoski Winery has a very poor management system. They use a third-party reservation system that messed up my order and then both Crissanne and Julie (the manager) were incredibly rude to me. Vinosky has a ridiculous cost for admission and a table that involves a refund in the form of a gift card that they can't explain. The place used to be very nice, but these two "managers" were rude to me instead of fixing the problem. Unless they fix their ticketing problems, I'm never trusting my credit card with Vinosky again and recommend that nobody else does either. The food is just either a piece of overpriced cheesecake or a cheese and crackers platter not worth the cos. My reasonable complaint was met with reluctance to even address my concerns in an adult manner, and I tried to explain my concerns to the owners who didn't even have the curtesy to reach out. just a shame and I'd stay far away from this place, unless the nice view (which it is) is enough for you offset the limited food options, below-average wine, and very poor and apparently thin-skinned, ineffective and rude management.
