Incredible. The jump and the staff!

点评：The overall experience itself is incredible and one I would gladly recount over and over again. However, the most memorable for me was actually the staff themselves. They were facing difficulties with staff shortage but managed to deal with customers courteously, even the fussy ones. Also, genuinely grateful to the staff at the top, who were softly and kindly whispering words of encouragement when I couldn't jump on the first count as I was completely terrified. The fact that they didn't rush me and took their time to reassure me even though there were quite a number of people waiting in line, definitely earned them 10 stars for their service.
The only drawback would be for the media package. As it's auto edited, there's quite a considerable period in the video where I'm not even in it. This goes for some of the photos as well. Would've been nice if we could just get the raw video of the whole jump.
