Mostly great operator, but does get greedy and crowds the boat if demand is high

点评：Overall, they're a good outfit. The crew do try hard and have to accommodate a mix of divers of all skill levels from around the globe. Most of the instructors are very patient, especially the local guys. It’s the foreign instructors who lack a little patience. They might be great divers, but not necessarily great teachers.
The dives are world-class. If you want to see sharks, nudibranchs, and colourful marine life in abundance, you won’t be disappointed.
The boat is quite difficult to get in and out of for older folks. There’s no gangway or ladder to board. You have to hang on tightly while the boat constantly moves, with your legs doing the splits.
We went out on 10 trips, so we got a good sense of how they operate. Unfortunately, on the last day, they packed so many people on board it was crowded to the max. That didn’t stop some tourists from lighting up cigarettes nearby and crowding around, making it hard to move.
I also question the equipment maintenance. My mate’s air bubbles were coming from her air gauge during her last dive - I’m no expert, but maybe o-rings are deteriorating?
The snacks advertised on board are just a couple of chocolate biscuits and coffee, so make sure you fill up on breakfast before setting sail.
We also asked about a photography package and were happy to pay extra, but they couldn’t deliver despite us asking several times.
