点评：Sadly I have a very disappointing review as a repeat customer...
I received a text the day before advising me of my treatment time. This was in the afternoon and I had a morning booking, so I had to ring up and get moved to the morning, why this isn't in the confirmation email is beyond me! I could have resolved this issue straight the way rather than the day before.
Anyway I arrive at the spa at 920 without knowing when my treatment time is, I'm informed its 930.. thankfully I was ready so I rushed down and there are about 20 members of staff allocating rooms and putting trainees with more experienced staff . Fair enough but everyone was now waiting and late for their treatment. We started being called in at 945, so the 90 minutes treatment was cut short. Why can't rotas and room allocations be done before the treatments start? Customers were being ignored after arriving on time and staff just faffing around, so unprofessional.
My treatment was lovely which was the only redeeming part of my experience.
The afternoon tea was a disgrace. It took the poor girl about 20 minutes to seat everyone, me and several others had been standing in line for 30 minutes at this point..
The afternoon tea was 4 pieces of bread and butter (no filling on 2 of the sandwiches), crisps and two mini cakes from those packets at Tesco. It was honestly embarrassing. No prosecco either as apparently they don't have a licence. No scones either as they ran out, despite asda being a 2 minute drive.
The place was far too busy and crammed. I tried to give feedback as I left but the staff were too busy chatting at reception despite me smiling and saying hello.
Please avoid this place. It's cheap for a reason! I will not be returning.

我的护理体验很棒，这是这次体验中唯一值得称道的地方。
下午茶简直糟糕透了。那位可怜的女孩花了大约20分钟才安排好所有人的座位，而我和其他几个人当时已经排了30分钟的队了。
所谓的下午茶只有四片涂了黄油的面包（其中两片三明治里连馅料都没有），几包薯片和两块从Tesco超市买来的迷你蛋糕。真是令人尴尬。他们也没有普罗塞克葡萄酒，显然是因为他们没有酒牌。烤饼也没有，因为卖完了，尽管Asda超市开车只要两分钟。
店里人太多太拥挤了。我离开的时候想提一些意见，但尽管我面带微笑地打招呼，工作人员却忙着在前台聊天，根本没理会我。
请大家千万别去这家店。便宜是有原因的！我以后绝对不会再来了。
