点评：I used to visit this branch several times with my 13-year-old, but today, a rude receptionist told me that children under 16 are not allowed in the sauna. I showed her the information on the citycave.com.au website, which states that children under 16 are permitted under parental supervision, but she didn't care. She refused to let me contact the manager and only offered the option to email the company. She invented her own rules and refused to show them to me, claiming they have their own strict regulations regarding children despite the fact that all branches operate under nationwide franchise terms.
In other words, we were denied service even though their own website states completely different regulations. This is absolute nonsense. A random receptionist decided to play the role of an important clerk to exert power over a parent and child. This is absolutely disgusting behavior from a person who should not be allowed to work at any hospitality venue.
