点评：I am extremely disappointed with this summer program. On my daughter's very first day, she was treated rudely by several boys, and what concerned me most was the staff's lack of response. When she felt uncomfortable and upset, the teachers did not appear to take the situation seriously or make any meaningful effort to ensure she felt safe and included.
As a parent, I expect a summer program to provide a positive and supportive environment for all children. Instead, my daughter came home feeling unwelcome and discouraged after just one day. Safety is not only about physical well-being but also about creating an environment where children are treated with respect and kindness.
Based on our experience, I would encourage other parents to ask detailed questions about how the program handles bullying, conflicts between campers, and staff supervision before enrolling their children. Every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and supported, and unfortunately, that was not our experience.
I hope the program takes steps to improve staff awareness and responsiveness so that other children do not have a similar experience.
