Playa de Mal Nombre的点评
点评：A few years ago, we visited Portugal and stayed with friends at their villa located in the Cabanas area. For the first time whilst holidaying abroad, we hired a car and although it was expensive, it saved on taxis, we got to see areas we wouldn’t usually have visited and it just felt like passing your driving test all over again. That wanting to get out and explore.
Having booked a cheap holiday to Fuerteventura with Jet2, we decided to skip the coach and hire a car. We pre booked this prior to travel and for the whole week, paid £150. It was so easy to, just 6 minutes.
On day 2 of our break we opted to take a drive down to the sea front and upon our return journey my wife has this magic finger, having never visited an area before, the finger seems to know where to go, t w a t nav I call it.
We took a wrong turn and due to the open flowing roads we took an unplanned 10 minute drive out of town.
Having felt like we were soon about to drop off the end of the world, we decided to make a U turn. Coincidently as we exited the main road, we see the view of Mal Nombre beach and after a little bit of abuse between my wife and I, we decided to drive down to the beach area.
We are extremely glad we did, what a place and this sort of place is the kind you read about but never truly dream of finding on your own.
Digressing slightly, we married in 2012 and visited the Maldives for our honeymoon, our camera struggled to capture the contrast of colour and to be fair it was the same here.
Such a beautiful area.
We arrived around 11am and there was barely a sole in site, as far as you could see in either direction, no one.
There is a beach bar that is fair priced and we sat in a build up of rocks whilst enjoying a cold drink, we then went to explore.
The area is known for chipmunks and so we purchased a bag of monkey nuts and ignored the hotel entertainment in favour of returning and feeding them, until it got dark.
The sand has that warm velvet feel with an abrasive volcanic black whisper of colour. The rocks protrude progressively into the mountain and as you approach, open an off the beaten track style footpath to the various heights or as high as you feel you want to go.
My two sons opted to use their body board to make a sand surfing trail, screaming with delight as they would slide down and then wear themselves out whilst running back to the top to try it again.
With Fuerteventura being known for windy conditions the sand has various dunes and once you’re finished walking along and exploring, there is the sea.
The sea is tepid and although the sand base is uneven and the waves can be mighty, once you pass the breakers, the snorkelling is unreal. The fish are huge and swim by like you are meant to be there.
It’s crystal clear and what begins as a teal, quickly fades to dark blue, sadly I wasn’t brave enough to navigate this area and stayed in the teal.
Sitting here writing this, I still cannot put into words at just how beautiful this area is and felt almost untouched.
If you are a each goer and have been fortunate enough to have visited other amazing beaches, then prepare to be amazed.
The rocks look almost gold and as the waves strike, glisten in the hot sun.
The silence could be described as feeling almost deaf and the colours on offer, allow for you to remove your sunglasses and breathe in your surroundings.

海水清澈见底，原本呈蓝绿色的海水很快便渐变为深蓝色；可惜我不够勇敢，不敢深入那片区域，只能停留在蓝绿色的海域中。
此刻坐在这里写作，我仍难以用言语形容这片海域有多么迷人，它给人的感觉简直宛如未被人类触及的世外桃源。
如果你是个热爱海滩的人，也曾有幸游览过其他绝美的海滩，那么准备好为之惊叹吧。这些岩石看上去几乎呈金色，当海浪拍击其上时，便在烈日下闪闪发光。
四周的寂静几乎让人产生失聪般的错觉；而眼前的缤纷色彩则让你可以摘下太阳镜，尽情呼吸周围的新鲜空气。
