点评：Avoid Flip Out Eastham. Took my son and his friends there and the experience was terrible. The staff looked completely uninterested, no smiles, no customer service, and they didn’t seem to know how to talk to kids at all.
This is supposed to be a children’s activity centre, but the atmosphere felt miserable. Some staff were standing around chatting, one looked like he was half asleep, and others were even walking on the trampolines with their trainers on.
I honestly don’t understand how this place is being run like this. Doesn’t the owner care about the reputation of the business? When you hire staff who clearly don’t want to be there, it ruins the whole experience for families.
We won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It felt more like walking into a nightmare than a fun day out for the kids.
