This has been the worst Flip Out experience I’ve had. The customer service is extremely poor, communication is terrible, and the entire venue feels neglected. It’s dirty, cramped, and unbearably hot due to a lack of proper air conditioning. The furniture is old and damaged, and the toilets were in an unacceptable state.
The parking situation is also a major issue. I ended up with a £170 fine because of misleading information from staff. I was told the ticket could be cancelled, but that turned out to be false. Had they been honest from the start and told me they couldn’t cancel it, I could have dealt with it myself and avoided the fine entirely.
To make matters worse, no one replied to my email when I tried to follow up and resolve the issue. The lack of accountability and basic customer care is shocking.
Overall, the location is poorly structured, poorly maintained, and simply not worth visiting. I would not recommend this place to anyone—especially if you're coming from outside the area.
