He didn’t answer, and when I finally reached him, he was rude and scolded me for calling. He also made inappropriate comments.
This was very disappointing, and I hope the bus service improves its communication, especially with tracking and driver professionalism. I suggest making pickup points clearer and ensuring that drivers remain courteous.
