Very disappointed to see the grooming quality of Deer Valley is no longer a premium experience.

点评：I have been coming to Deer Valley to ski every year since 1995. In 2018 I bought a home in Deer Valley because my family had fallen in love with the premium experience it provided in terms of service and grooming conditions. However, over the last 2 to 3 years, we have all been very disappointed in the noticeable decline in grooming conditions. This year, in particular, it has been extremely disappointing. Yes, the natural snow has been below average but, in the past when this has occurred, a much greater percentage of the open runs were groomed. It is exceedingly obvious that DV has stretched is capabilities for purposes of expanding the resort and does not have the equipment and employees to maintain the service levels they have provided in the past. Clearly, the equipment that DV has is being used to try and prepare the new/expanded areas rather than grooming runs that were always groomed in the past (e.g. Flagstaff runs, Bald Mt runs, Little Baldy runs and Empire runs). Deer Valley is not what is used to be and that is a shame….
