Why can’t people clean up after themselves?

点评：This beach is free and a good 20 min. Drive from Naples city center. I recommend going by car since the bus gets packed and doesn’t really follow the schedule.
If you’re a walker and staying close to the port you can also walk here. There’s a nice playground for kids nearby.
The beach itself is unfortunately dirty, you’ll see cigarette butts, glass and bags. The water temperature in the 1st week of August was honestly perfect. It’s sad that humans can’t clean up after themselves. It’s mostly visited by locals because of this however, the beach has charm. You can walk far until it reaches your shoulders. My 20 month old really enjoyed playing in the water as small fish can be seen here. As far as the theft/ safety issue. We felt safe however we took turns going to the water to avoid being prey. Honestly if you walk further out this beach gets a bit cleaner. It’s really sad that the government doesn’t do anything about the cleanliness of this beach because it has potential to be great.
