Swan Mountain Outfitters - Glacier Division的点评
点评：TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. After planning my last day in Glacier, and driving 90 minutes to ride, I was turned away and refused a refund. My ride was scheduled for 9/14/26. At midnight on 9/13 they reduced the riding weight by 25 pounds- from 225 to 200. When I booked it I listed my weight at 195 (true). On 9/14 the signs at the horse stable and the corporate voicemail stated 225 pounds maximum. It was 40 degrees and raining at the stable and it was snowing on Logan's Pass. With boots, rain gear, and a water bottle I tipped the 200 pound mark. Mind you, on 9/13 the horses could carry 225 pounds! During orientation the guide boasted: "these horse are sturdy..they can carry up to 1,000 pounds." I have been riding horses for 50 years and I respect the animals. Being turned away with no empathy and no refund demonstrates an awful posture with consumers!
