A BEAUTIFUL BEACH, BUT SADLY THE SUNBED STAFF HERE NEED SOME SERIOUS DISABILITY AWARENESS TRAINING !!!!

点评：This is a beautiful beach and it has good disabled facilities, which on the surface seems like a fantastic thing for a disabled man such as me. However unfortunately this is not the case. I am sick and tired of being questioned by the staff that look after the sunbeds and umbrellas in the area, including the disabled ones.
I am registered disabled, I have had a partial foot amputation, I suffer from spondylitis and I am a type one Diabetic. I am in extreme pain every single day, I choose not to use a stick or a disability aid whenever I can, so as not to draw attention to myself too much, but this does not in any way detract from the seriousness of my disability. I carry an official UK government card stating that I am registered disabled. I have shown this to the beach staff every single day that I have been to the beach to use the disabled facilities there. Yet on three separate occasions now I have had my disability questioned by one of the staff members, despite showing him my disability card and pointing out my disfigured foot.
I think this is quite frankly disgraceful in 2024. I think this guy needs some serious training because not every disability is visible, even though mine actually is !!!!
And yet he still chooses to question me every day, despite other people being there using the disabled facilities who are probably not as disabled as I am, but because they choose to use walking aids and I do not, because as I stated previously I try not to.
