点评：I had heard a lot of good things about this place and not doubt the Escape Room itself is a great experience but I had a very poor experience with the staff here. We showed up 10 minutes late and with 7 people instead of 9. The employee on duty said we would still have to pay the full price. I asked if we could just forfeit part of the deposit and cut some sort of deal since we would only be using one escape room. I said I thought this was fair. The employee escalated the situation by saying 'you know what's f***ing fair, that you show up on time'. Nobody had been shouting until this point but the employee escalated a situation that could've stayed civil. I said that's not ok to speak like that and my friend said about there being traffic, in a calm tone. We hoped this would de escalate the situation and he might apologise for cursing and raising his voice but it didn't help. He replied 'it's about f***ing respect'.
At this point we knew if we paid the remaining €120 for the service that we wouldn't even be able to enjoy what was supposed to be a nice evening out for us due to the disrespect we had been shown. So we left.
I had a call with the manager the next day and clearly the employee had told him a story that was 'different' lets say. I tried to get the €100 deposit money back but the Manager was unapologetic and unresponsive. Difficult situation for the boss I suppose since he trusts his employee. Either way the situation was handled very unprofessionally from start to finish.
At this point we knew if we paid the remaining €120 for the service that we wouldn't even be able to enjoy what was supposed to be a nice evening out for us due to the disrespect we had been shown. So we left.
