Fantastic two hours, highly recommended

点评：Got bought the ‘Make It’ experience as a birthday present having never previously considered it despite living less than 15 miles away, I went with my wife and we both had a great time. I thought I knew quite a lot about how gin is made but learned a whole lot more in a throughly entertaining and informative manner.
Moving on to the actual making, started with a (mandatory of course) juniper base, and then a choice of various flavours of distillates to use or not in discretionary amounts to make up a double gin which a bit of maths suggests was one of about 3.5M possible flavour combinations. It tasted so good I decided to buy half a litre of my creation which was then made and bottled before my eyes.
We had a lovely time and would thoroughly recommend to anyone who likes gin, particularly when made from very local ingredients.
