点评：🚫 The Worst Boating Experience, Avoid Palma Boats at All Costs 🚫
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was not just a bad trip — it was a complete disaster from start to finish.
Palma Boats gave us an elderly captain who couldn’t even handle basic tasks. We had to help him lower and raise the anchor ourselves. He couldn’t spot nearby boats, and because of his lack of awareness and experience, we ended up colliding with another boat.
It gets worse — he didn’t even know where the life jackets were! When the collision happened, we had to physically push our boat away from another to prevent further damage, but still hit it from the engine side.
Then we found out something shocking: the boat wasn’t even owned by Palma Boats. It belonged to another company. Palma Boats refused to replace the captain, refused to help, and left us to deal with everything alone.
We also discovered we had paid 60% MORE than the actual rental price if we had booked directly with the real boat owner company . Once they took our money, they completely disappeared and offered zero assistance.
