点评：THIS COMPANY IS DREADFUL !!
1. Cost everyone paid was vastly different. They tried to say that mine included transportation and port fees.....not to the value of $75 !!
2. Speed of boat, 7 of the guests were vomiting, I ended up looking after someones child. No help from staff.
3. Not allowed in water to swim or see anything. I understand seeing whale sharks is not guaranteed, its nature and that was made clear on booking however 1 couple got 3 minutes in sea, noone else was allowed in.
4. I can see why they insist on a disclaimer, at 55 years old that was the worst boat journey I have EVER been on. I was thrown in the air for over an hour, my hands hurt from gripping the rails.
5. When we arrived and were looking for the shark, I spotted a fin, I then counted over 30 boats at the same spot. I stopped counting at 30, its hardly surprising the whale went down.
This was not an inexpensive trip and it was absolutely awful. The staff were rude to one of our couples as they were standing watching the dolphins at the pier while everyone was getting their shoes on, there was no need for that.
