点评：Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. We booked both the archery and falconry experiences with The Scottish Countryman, and genuinely could not fault a thing.
Steve is an amazing teacher—friendly, knowledgeable and fascinating to listen to, with a real talent for putting everyone at ease. The archery was great fun, clearly explained and suitable regardless of experience, while the falconry was truly memorable. Getting close to the birds, learning about their care and training, and seeing Steve’s obvious passion for them made it incredibly special.
We also stayed on site at The Hammer Inn, the Airbnb run by Steve’s wife, Debbie. Our double room was gorgeous, comfortable and had a lovely en-suite bathroom. The cooked breakfasts were delicious and such a welcome start to each day.
It was the perfect break: a unique experience, beautiful surroundings and genuinely warm hospitality. We will definitely return and would wholeheartedly recommend The Scottish Countryman to anyone looking for something memorable to do in Fife
