P. Orr & Sons的点评
点评：I have paid a visit to their Adyar show room in the first week of May to service my Bulova automatic watch. They sought 2 weeks time to repair/service the same. After 2 weeks no call from them, Then I called them and they told me they await spares for the same. In the 3rd week of my submission, received a SMS to collect the watch. When I paid a visit to their Adyar show room, they didn't care about my entry and took their own time to attend despite the fact that no customer were there at that point of time. Then they handed over the watch stating that the spares were not available
Prior to my visit to P.Orr and sons Adyar, I paid a visit to an independent repairer and he quoted a higher service fees but can be done since all the parts were intact and only one shaft needed to be charged. Then only I paid a visit to P.orr and sons and they quoted me lower service fees. Since they could not repair/service, I took the watch to the same independent repairer. Upon inspection, he immediately told me that two screws and one wheel connected to the rotor were missing which are responsible for the automatic function and only the key meant for mechanical functioning is working. Now to make matters worse, he quoted a higher service charges stating that the missing parts are difficult to source, especially the wheel.
I went to the store by the name and legacy and was penalized by their disgusting and callous attitude. No accountability for the missing parts. Highly obnoxious and unprofessional.
Suggest never ever go there for servicing any premium or super premium watches.
