Nice, small beach not too busy in October but warm enough to swim and sunbathe

点评：Decided to visit Spilies beach with my wife and a friend while in the area in October 2025. The weather was still warm enough to sunbathe all day and swim in the sea.
There are sunbeds with parasols available for a very good price (I think we paid under 20 Euros for three). Other facilities include a small taverna serving soft, alcoholic and hot drinks as well as snacks and small meals. There is a toilet too at the end of the car park. The toilet is basic but clean and functional. Like most Greek public toilets, you should not flush paper and the men's has no seat. Two Pepsis and a coffee cost 6.50 Euros so the taverna is definitely not overpriced.
The beach itself is small and on the day we visited not toooo busy. We arrived around 11am and were among the first there. By 12.30 it was busy but not crowded at all. The beach is quite rocky which does make getting in and out of the water a little difficult. My wife has limited mobility so needed a helping hand but did manage two swims.
The water, once you are in, is very clear and if you have goggles or a mask you'll see lots of little fish. There are rocks underfoot, some large so you can occasionally lose your footing if you're walking in the water. Nothing really dangerous though, just to be borne in mind. It was lovely to swim, snorkel, take some pictures and video of the fish and then head up for a drink and a spot of sunbathing.
Not the absolute best beach I've ever visited but definitely one of the better ones.

海水非常清澈，如果你戴上泳镜或面罩，就能看到很多小鱼。水底有一些石头，有些还挺大，所以在水里走动时偶尔会滑倒。不过没什么危险，只是提醒一下。游泳、浮潜、拍鱼儿的照片和视频，然后上岸喝点东西、晒晒太阳，感觉真好。
这虽然不是我去过的最好的海滩，但绝对是比较好的海滩之一。
