点评:We coincidentally had a meal in the area at Fiskastykkið (our best meal in Faroe Islands, reviewed separately) and first took a walk thinking we may be able to see this monument from the end of the trail... nope...
So we then jumped into our car and drive the car to the separate road going along the hill/ridge and parked it right where the sign states "no more cars beyond this point unless you are a LOT owner" - so from here we walked for about 15 minutes, easy and scenic walk, with some streams and even horses along the way - we passed one or two houses, I assume the "LOT owners" and continued (some people ignored the sign and drove to here, but I doubt they were locals so be respectful!) - what amazed us at the end of this trail were not the views, although nice, it were the benches to relax and the entire picnic area right under the beautiful stream - and a full family having there a bbq with their babies and a stroller, it felt funny as for us it was a "hike" for them just a stop :)
The views are 4/5 but the area is definitely 5/5 - if you like these rock formations you would love the Risin og Kellingin viewpoint - it's a similar distance and the rock formations are even better (north of Esturoy by the town of Eiði)
