点评:I used to live near lalinde (in a house) and my maman and papa used to take me there every week (to buy things, not to sell me).
I remember buying a pair of silly looking sunglasses,a T-shirt with a surfing monkey on it,5o grams of Drum,a tablecloth,a live trout,a dead chicken,a Malcom X necklace, lots of bangers,a very fruity magazine called Newlook (very nice),a chinchilla caked in mud called Morris, sausages made from lamb,a Corby trouser press,a bunch of flowers for monsieur Yappelvlonk (my gymnasts instructor),22 fire damaged candles and a Renault 21 estate.
When I went back it was very expensive and different, there were people there selling phones! What ever next.
Shame that it has changed so much,I miss the unique feeling that Lalinde market filled me with.
