点评:Booked a small “car sized van” a week ago. Was called the day before to say “we don’t service (sic) van’s at this location” - funnily enough I wasn’t expecting an oil change - the word is *supply* or *provide*. Thus began a call in which the “head of admin” used lots of longer and made up words in an attempt to sound more professional whilst failing miserably.
Claimed they don’t fit in the car park (but they rent SUVs which are larger than the van I booked)
Glossed over the fact that *THEY ACCEPTED THE BOOKING FOR THAT LOCATION* and all she could do was foist it upon another unsuspecting enterprise location, who are doing there best to find me a van given the short notice but now I have to *get* there (at my own expense, as enterprise aren’t interested)
Parroted the same line over and over again “we don’t service vans at this location” - well, maybe so, but you advertise them and accepted a booking.
Maybe they’re ok just providing cars to tourists, and I guess they won’t mind the appalling attitude and service as, unlike business customers, they won’t be expecting recurring custom.
Appealing service. If they had called at the time of the booking they accepted in error it may have been excusable.
As of now, I can still book a van at this location. So despite identifying the problem, it’s not been fixed.
