For my mom, this was her first solo trip, so of course I was a little worried about her. But thanks to Yerani Travel, everything was so comfortable and well organized that I could truly relax and not worry about her.
A special thank you for arranging the early airport transfer — Rafael picked her up and took care of everything at the highest level! 🙌🏻 Everything was perfectly on time, comfortable, and handled with great care. The transfer back to the airport was also organized flawlessly.
And then came four unforgettable days of excursions! 🤍 Every day was filled with beautiful places, fascinating stories, wonderful experiences, and memories that my mom will cherish for a long time.
A huge thank you to our wonderful guides — Gayane, Samvel, and Anna! You are true professionals. ❤️ They impressed my mom not only with their incredible knowledge, but also with their amazing sense of humor, warmth, and ability to make every excursion fun, engaging, and truly special.
It felt like my mom wasn’t simply traveling with tour guides, but with people who genuinely love their country and are passionate about sharing its history and culture with others.
And of course, I also want to mention the excellent communication with the agency. Everything was quick, clear, attentive, and completely stress-free. At every step, it felt like my mom was truly being taken care of.
