FIVE (5) FABULOUS TOURS plus airport transfers
Merida Elite的点评
点评：Recently spent 3 weeks in Merida, MX with a group of family and friends and I can't say enough about Merida Elite. I used them on two previous visits to Merida and once again they provided exceptional service.
1) BOOKING- I booked everything in advance from abroad via email with the help of Lic. Montalvo at the Merida Elite office. He was patient and responsive helping arrange private tours to Magical Towns, Uxmal/Chocolate Factory, Mayapan/Homun Town, two trips to Celestun and multiple airport transfers.
2)TRANSPORTATION - all of the drivers were great. "Alex" drove for most of our activities and he was excellent. He went above and beyond. When a guest left her hat on the van Alex drove back to the guest house to return it. The drivers that handled some of the other transport were great as well - on time, and super careful. Vehicles were clean and comfortable. Cold beverages and snacks on board and cool cloths after each tour---a really nice bonus.
3) GUIDES- "Saul" guided us on one trip to Celestun and he was very, very good. Engaging and informative. "Vicente" was our guide for all of the other tours and I cannot say enough good things about him. His knowledge of the culture and history of the Yucatan is exceptional! He was extremely patient and flexible. Ours was a group of English speakers so his fluency was very much appreciated.
In short, I highly recommend the team at Merida Elite for transport and tour services.
