Cloybank - (Falkirk)的点评
点评：Unfortunately, our visit to Cloybank Farm was really disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a business focused on charging extra at every opportunity rather than providing good value for families.
The farm itself is small, sparse and looking quite run down, with areas that appeared overgrown. The outdoor play area is limited, yet access is restricted to 60-minute sessions. When we visited it was very quiet, but the older female member of staff still rigidly enforced the session times, despite there being no need to do so.
Before booking, we explained that we weren't sure whether to choose the outdoor play area or the indoor play because of the weather. We were assured by the older member of staff that it was going to stay dry, so we booked the outdoor option. We were out for just a few minutes when it started raining. When we asked if we could switch to the indoor play area instead, we were told we'd have to pay again. Given we'd relied on the advice we'd been given, this felt very poor customer service.
We paid the extra for the indoor soft play. My daughter was happily playing with me and her little brother, while several other adults had children playing unsupervised. Despite this, the same member of staff chose to single out my daughter, which felt unfair and inconsistent.
The signage and rules were also confusing. There were conflicting signs about whether adults could accompany children on the bouncy castles, making it unclear what the actual rules were. Policies didn't seem to be communicated consistently.
You are not permitted to bring your own food / drinks so you have to use the café which was another disappointment. £4 for a very weak, watery coffee is excessive, especially considering the overall quality of the facilities.
Overall, the experience felt overpriced for what is on offer. Between paying separately for different attractions, expensive food and drinks, inflexible customer service, confusing rules and tired-looking facilities, it simply wasn't good value for money. There are much better family attractions nearby that offer more for less.
Sadly, we won't be returning.

游客不允许自带食物或饮料，因此只能选择咖啡馆，但这又让人大失所望。一杯淡而无味的咖啡要价4英镑，实在贵得离谱，尤其是考虑到整个场所的设施质量水平。
