Soft play no good for 3 or 4+, food quality poor.

点评：Visited with my 4-year old and her friend & dad. Firstly re: food - I ordered the soup after being told it was lentil, but it was actually ham and lentil (I think smoked). It’s a pretty massive oversight; even though I’m not vegan and didn't ask, accuracy is really important. I took it back and order a grazing platter, and initially they wanted the full price for it despite the soup fiasco, but did take the price of that off when I pointed it out.
Regarding the grazing platter, the chicken nuggets looked like good quality, but serving only two for £5 felt outrageously stingy. Even three would be better, especially as the rest of the platter offered very little. I suggested adding mini breadsticks so the Nutella doesn't seem pointless; my 4-year-old even asked what it was for, though they did enjoy the novelty of dipping cucumber in it - they seem to have added bread sticks now according to a Facebook posy.
To be honest, I’m fairly sure the food used to be much better here.
The new soft play is an exciting investment, but it is extremely small for the cost. Since under-3s are only meant to use half of it, it might be okay for that age group, but a 2-hour minimum is definitely too long for children aged 4+ as ours got bored very quickly. I hate to say it, but I felt ripped off.
Because of this, I won’t be back for the soft play and wouldn’t recommend it. We might consider coming back in nicer weather for the animals and once the park is upgraded, but the no-picnic policy will likely stop us after our experience with the food.

正因如此，我不会再为了这个儿童游乐区而来了，也不会推荐给其他人。我们可能会考虑在天气好的时候再来，看看动物，或者等公园升级改造后再来，但考虑到这次糟糕的用餐体验，禁止野餐的规定很可能会让我们打消念头。
