点评:leave your car in the lot (avoid parking fees and headaches getting around and finding a place to park) and pay the fare for a day or two and use the trolley system to tour the town.
I enjoyed the overview of the tram tour BUT wish there was more to it. Granted I am a history buff and would have appreciated more of that--visits to each of the springs, more info on historic sites, pointing out the ES museum, a run through the historic cemetery, &c--but I am probably in the minority there. Instead we got mostly local legend and gossip (I suppose that is what "sells"). That being said it was a good introduction to ES but I think could have been more.
The transit system makes things much easier to get around ES. Unfortunately there are no set times--a bus shows when it shows--and this is the transit system for the town so you might have to wait a few minutes while someone loads/unloads their groceries, laundry, children, whatever and they follow a route that might be a bit out of the way but it is still easier than trying to maneuver your way through the city and the buses stop at/near most of the hotel or other sites you might want to visit.
Get a map and plan your excursion(s). I discovered that the drivers and folks manning the "stations" were very helpful.
