Chicken strips of regret

点评：We having be visiting the Brewery bar for years. Not as regulars but as treat now and then. Their one regular member of staff who is amazing. She always makes an effort and her customer service is fantastic!
But the food this visit was incredibly poor. I am aware there was a menu change the day before and there will always be teething issues with that which is understandable. But the chicken strips were horrific. They were just coated in plain flour. No seasoning or sauce so bland, floury and oily. They were such a disappointment. The Chinese wings were covered in the same coating and the only thing that kind of saved them was the sauce. My rebel were burger was tastless, burnt and dry. The other chicken burger had the old coating on it was good though.
Why have they changed the spec to the wings and the chicken strips. It has downgraded the dishes and has made them incredibly unpleasant. Especially after the weekend before we had eaten at the Cardiff site with old menu and it was absolutely delicious! Tiny rebel, why have changed the menu when it was already good? Why not support your team to help launch a new menu to a good standard.
This has definitely put me off from visiting for a while. I just really hope the company will support their staff properly when making changes to the menu in the future as this time round I got the impression that they were in the dark with the new menu causing it to be a stressful experience for them aswell.
Don't be like brewdog. Support your staff. Happy staff, happy customers promotes a profital business.
