点评：Very! Very poor, I’m speaking as someone who’s visited quite often over the last few years, we have had some great evenings especially in the summer sat outside, however previous to our recent visit we notice things were on the decline! The staff are very apathetic and in need of some basic customer service skills ( maybe some training required?) and then there’s the food, I use that term loosely!!! The menu used to be much bigger with a decent choice, but now it’s the size of a postage stamp! What a shame as it offers something a bit different from the usual pub, we won’t be going again, not to be spoken down to by a boy over half my age and served food which was basically a load of rubbish and charged much more than it’s worth, I did air my concerns to a manager who in fairness tried to rectify the situation but unless the conduct of the staff and the menu improves drastically then he couldn’t do anything!
翻译：非常糟糕！我过去几年经常光顾这家店，尤其是在夏天，我们在这里度过了许多美好的夜晚，尤其是在户外。然而，在我们最近一次光顾之前，我们注意到情况正在走下坡路！员工非常冷漠，缺乏基本的客户服务技能（也许需要一些培训？）。至于食物，我只能勉强称之为食物！以前的菜单种类丰富得多，现在却只有邮票那么大！真是太可惜了，因为这家店提供的体验与一般的酒吧略有不同。我们不会再去了，更不会让一个比我大一半多的男孩用居高临下的语气跟我们说话，也不会再吃到那些简直是垃圾的食物，而且价格还远高于其价值。我向一位经理反映了我的问题，公平地说，他确实试图解决问题，但除非员工的服务态度和菜单质量得到显著改善，否则他也无能为力！
