Bitter experience with Tour operator MEMON

点评：I recently went on a tour to Georgia thru local tour operator MEMON, but unfortunately my overall experience was not satisfactory. The tour operator didn't provide a English speaking guide and only provided a driver without any guidance support and his behavior was not professional, and on the last day he behaved very rudely, which was disappointing and upsetting.
In addition, when we visited Martvili, they have charged us additional 200 USD for sightseeing whereas it costs only 50$ by other tour operator. almost we were cheated of 200 USD. Even after informing about the issue, it was not handled properly. This incident completely spoiled the trip experience.
I expected better guidance, transparency, and respectful behavior. I hope such issues will be taken seriously and improved for future travelers.
