点评：Our family of five (two adults and three teenagers) just completed a three-week tour of India organized by Indian Journey, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
From the planning stage, they handled everything — itinerary design, hotel bookings, transport, guides, sightseeing, and internal travel. Communication before departure was clear and responsive.
On arrival in Delhi, our international flight was delayed by six to seven hours. Despite this, Parvez, the owner, personally met us at the airport, helped us settle in, and immediately reorganized our Delhi schedule so we didn’t miss anything. That level of care set the tone for the entire trip.
Throughout the journey, Parvez kept in constant contact, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Any changes or requests were dealt with quickly and without fuss. It was clear he genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible trip.
Our itinerary included Delhi, Amritsar, Varanasi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, one night in Mumbai, and then Kerala (Munnar, the backwaters, and the Marari Beach area), finishing in Kochi. Hotels were well chosen, guides were excellent, drivers were safe and reliable, and all logistics worked seamlessly.
We were initially hesitant because Indian Journey had limited online reviews — but they delivered a smooth, memorable, well-organized family trip. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone planning travel in India.
