点评：This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and the only time I genuinely felt unsafe during a ride, by a driver claiming to represent this company (Ahmed).
The driver refused to pick us up at the agreed location, claiming it was “illegal,” despite multiple other taxis stopping there without issue. We had to walk elsewhere to meet him.
Once my girlfriend and I got into the car, the situation became very uncomfortable. In the middle of the drive, the driver suddenly stopped the car and refused to continue unless we signed a document. We were still inside the locked vehicle and felt pressured to comply. When I tried to take a photo of the document so I could translate and understand what I was signing, the driver became nervous and took the paper away, insisting we sign it without taking any pictures. I still managed to get a photo, but the whole situation felt extremely suspicious and intimidating.
At the end of the trip, things got even worse. When we tried to pay, the driver claimed he had no change and effectively pressured us into overpaying. Again, we were stuck inside the car in the main square and unable to go exchange money because he would not let us out immediately. Out of discomfort and concern for our safety, we paid more than required just to leave the car as quickly as possible.
I strongly believe this driver should not be representing a tour company or driving passengers. I hope the company improves its screening and monitoring of drivers, because this experience was completely unacceptable.
