点评：I had an outstanding experience with our guide, Qais, during the trip to Nizwa. From the very beginning, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable about Oman’s history and culture.
What truly made the difference was his ability to adapt. Due to heavy rains, we couldn’t follow the original itinerary, but instead of it being a setback, he turned it into an opportunity. He redesigned the route flawlessly, taking us to alternative locations that were just as fascinating, while always prioritizing our safety and comfort.
His attitude, judgment, and experience transformed what could have been a disappointing day into a memorable one. This level of service is rare—it reflects true professionalism, situational awareness, and genuine Omani hospitality.
I would highly recommend Qais to anyone looking not just for a tour, but for a well-curated, safe, and authentic experience.
