点评：I contacted Estigo Tours because I wanted to combine a visit to the Coyoacán neighborhood and the Casa Azul museum with an afternoon in Xochimilco for my family of three. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Gonzalo made sure that he knew exactly what we wanted out of the day, and offered options and recommendations. From that point on, communication was smooth and straightforward. On the day of the tour, our guide, Scarlette, picked us up at the appointed time with a driver. Scarlette was so friendly, knowledgable, patient, flexible and professional! Thanks to her, we were able to fit in all the Coyoacán sights that we wanted -- including a side-trip to the Trotsky Museum, which was a last-minute request. Scarlette showed us around the artisan market and took the time to help me search out the most authentic, handmade souvenirs. She even knew off-hand which part of Mexico each kind of craft originated from. We capped off the afternoon with a boat ride in Xochilmilco from the Nativitas Embarcadero . Scarlette facilitated the hiring of the boat and helped us buy some snacks and drinks, too. Based on other TA reviews of Xochimilco, I had worried that the boat tour would be crazy or chaotic or too touristy, but those fears were unfounded; it was an absolutely lovely afternoon of authentic food and fun and music. Thanks to Estigo Tours and especially to Scarlette for making it such a perfect day!
