点评：Firstly I have to say that the experience from booking enquiries where Nicholas was very responsive to my enquiries, to my tour guide Ronald - all excellent!
Ron worked hard to make sure everything I needed happened and very long days. He was friendly to not just me but he also had very friendly interactions with guides, hotel staff etc - that is always a good indicator and helpful for my experience!
He was easy to understand and chat to - when it’s 3 days on your own this could be difficult or awkward - but he was great & a good driver!
The vehicle he was given was a bit old with no air conditioning (& a cassette player - how retro!) - but he kept it very clean.
I think the tour title/itinerary needs adjusting though.
Akagera isn’t really teeming with wildlife.
My tour name was ‘3 day gorilla trekking, Big 5 and Big Cats’. I didn’t see any cats - so maybe this title should be kept to the Ugandan trips where clients visit the CTC centre and are guaranteed of this experience. Of course, animals are wild and no safari can guarantee sightings but when specifically highlighted in the tour title it can be misleading. Maybe your social media posts need to specify which tours you are showing to help clients with their research and expectations. When I saw photos of clients with big cats and the equator- was hoping for the same - but these were different trips.

我的行程名称是“三天大猩猩徒步、非洲五霸和大型猫科动物之旅”。我没看到任何猫科动物——所以或许这个标题应该只用于乌干达之旅，因为只有那些参观CTC中心并保证能看到猫科动物的行程才适用。当然，动物是野生的，任何旅行团都无法保证一定能看到它们，但如果在行程标题中特别强调这一点，可能会造成误导。或许你们的社交媒体帖子应该具体说明你们展示的是哪些行程，以便客户更好地了解情况并调整预期。我看到客户与大型猫科动物和赤道的合影时，也希望能看到同样的景象——但这些是不同的行程。
