点评:After reading some of the other comments, I guess my experience was better than some. But it is not what it used to be. The snow and mountain were great. But the overall experience was not. I've been to Vail many times and have always been satisfied with the amenities and customer service. Now it seems like they've cut back in many ways as the price of a lift ticket continues to go up. There are no tissues to be found anywhere on the mountain, but the much bigger issue is that there were fewer people working on the slopes. There were no ambassadors to answer questions, no one to coordinate the crowds in the lift lines, no one to help load equipment on the gondola, and no one to help when there was a problem. A pass for one of the people in our group that worked in the morning did not in the afternoon. The lift scanner responded with an attitude, and we were told to go inside to take care of the issue. After waiting in line for nearly 45 minutes and spending another 15 to fix the issue, our group returned to skiing, but without enough time to go to the higher elevation as we'd planned. We were stuck with the crowds in the lower elevations on a very crowded day. Our group of 5 lost an hour each of ski time due to Vail's internal problem and lack of staff to handle the issue (the payment for the pass was linked to an old account). The whole experience left our group feeling ripped off. I have always loved Vail, but not sure I will go back.
