Cains to Port Douglas Shuttle Bus Transport Service - Aviod being Skimed

点评：DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!!! – Cairns To Port Douglas Bus Company. This company operate as SKIMMERS if not SCAMMERS – they skim the customer for additional funds on top of what you would normally pay for other equivalent shuttle bus transport. My wife and I recently booked to and from shuttle bus transport from Cairns to Port Douglas return via this company’s www site. The transport services were not provided by the so called CTPDBC company but by SR Coaches for both to and from Port Douglas journeys. This cost us an additional nearly $50 for our transport over the equivalent SR pricing.
The pick up service from Cairns Airport was not a great experience – we had to phone a number of times to determine where we would be picked up from. While in Port Douglas and Cairns we saw no shuttle buses that were marked/signed CTPDBC – the service is a sham.
I wrote several letters of complaint plus a number of telephone call to their Brisbane business office requesting the funds difference to be returned to us and none were answered or a return phone call provided.
I will be writing to the Queensland Dept of Consumers Affairs to alert them to the practices of this very shonky mob – hopefully they will be able to issue them with the appropriate fine for misleading customers – hence be warned DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY – just book direct with SR Coaches or other bona fide operators – ANGRY CUSTOMER from Western Australia
