点评：Our family was on vacation with absolutely nothing planned that day—we were just heading to the hot springs. On our way out, our boys spotted your zipline sign and begged us to stop in and ask about it. Best spontaneous decision of our entire trip!
The staff who greeted us were incredibly friendly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. We’d never been ziplining before, and by pure luck there was an opening for just the four of us about 30 minutes later. It honestly felt like it was meant to be.
A huge shout-out to the Hammer and the Aviator! You two absolutely made this experience what it was. From the moment we met you, your professionalism, confidence, and sense of humor put all of us at ease. Your safety briefing was excellent, and we never once questioned whether we were in good hands. My husband works with harnesses and couldn’t stop checking everything—you were so patient with him and had us all laughing.
I was absolutely terrified (doing my best not to let my boys know!), but you encouraged me every step of the way. I went from thinking, “There’s no way I’m doing this,” to willingly hanging upside down by the end! That’s entirely because of the confidence and support you gave me.
What I’ll remember most, though, is watching my boys. The smiles on their faces were absolutely priceless—ear to ear from start to finish. Their excitement, laughter, and confidence grew with every line, and those are memories our family will never forget. Thank you for giving them such an unforgettable adventure.
You can genuinely tell the Hammer and the Aviator love what they do. Your energy is contagious, your passion shines through, and you have an incredible way of making complete beginners feel safe, capable, and excited.
If you’re even considering ziplining, stop thinking and just do it. Whether you’re fearless or completely terrified like I was, you’ll be guided every step of the way.
