点评：My Daughter and I spent the day in the spa this week as we had wanted to try here for ages. Luckily we got it on a blue light offer and it was £125 instead of £165 each. It was a very underwhelming day unfortunately. The spa is nicely done out but it’s all style over substance. The spa is small, there’s a small pool and only 5 experience rooms, 3 of which were either useless as in they did nothing or they were broken. One room was literally a hanging chair looking at a wall of salt. This room had holes in the wall and a ceiling tile hanging off. One room was supposed to drop water out of a bucket to create steam only the bucket was dry so you were just sat on a wooden bench listening to a creaky bucket go backwards and forwards but no steam, heat or anything. One room had a slight herbal smell to it and it was marginally warm. There was also a steam room which was good and a dry sauna which would have been good if it wasn’t hotter than hell. So hot that you could barely stand more than 2 minutes in it. The pool has an indoor and an outdoor part. The outdoor part has an area you can sit on which is supposed to bubble like a jacuzzi, only the bubbles didn’t work most of the time. My Daughter felt like the pool was too cold all day and it therefore wasn’t relaxing. The “spa butlers” were nowhere to be seen for most of the day, we were only offered a drink once in the whole day and that was immediately after entering. The lunch was very nice though and the 2 young staff in the restaurant were very good. It was a very disappointing day and we wouldn’t go again. It’s not a patch on Aqua Sana or Hoar Cross Hall and sadly wasn’t worth £125 never mind £165. It’s the first time I’ve ever been to a spa and had so little to do we were waiting to leave.
翻译：这周我和女儿去水疗中心待了一天，因为我们一直想来试试。幸运的是，我们赶上了蓝灯优惠，每人只要125英镑，而不是原价165英镑。可惜的是，这一天体验非常令人失望。水疗中心装修得不错，但华而不实。水疗中心很小，只有一个小泳池，只有5个体验室，其中3个要么完全没用（什么功能都没有），要么就是坏的。一个房间简直就是一把吊椅，对着一面盐墙。这个房间的墙上有洞，天花板的瓷砖也摇摇欲坠。还有一个房间本应从桶里滴水来制造蒸汽，但桶是干的，所以你只能坐在木凳上，听着吱吱作响的桶来回晃动，却没有任何蒸汽、热气或其他任何东西。一个房间散发着淡淡的草药味，温度也勉强够用。还有一个蒸汽房还不错，以及一个干蒸桑拿房，如果不是热得像地狱一样，应该也挺好的。水温高得让人难以忍受，在里面待了不到两分钟就受不了了。泳池分为室内和室外两部分。室外部分有一个可以坐着休息的区域，本应像按摩浴缸一样冒泡，但大部分时间气泡都不起作用。我女儿觉得泳池水温一整天都太冷，所以根本无法放松。“水疗管家”几乎一整天都不见踪影，我们一天只被问到过一次要不要喝饮料，而且还是在刚进门的时候。不过，午餐很不错，餐厅里的两位年轻服务员也很热情周到。总之，这是非常令人失望的一天，我们不会再去了。这里远不及Aqua Sana或Hoar Cross Hall，125英镑的价格根本不值，更别提165英镑了。这是我第一次去水疗中心，却感觉无所事事，我们甚至都盼着离开。
