On the first day we got the opportunity to cook in one of the unique San Sebastian cooking club kitchens, a once in a lifetime experience.
Ben provides hands on guidance to create dozens of dishes to eat on the day and provides the recipes to support you taking these home to make again.
Ben and Maria create a wonderful experience teaching and story telling as you cook, eat and drink the wonderful local wine.
If you're into your food and want to learn and have fun this is an outstanding course. For folks with kids the team run shorter kid friendly courses too. Go do it.
Dish of the week? Too hard to call so I'll say... The cod, the monkfish, the pintxos, the basque cheesecake and the apple tart... Oh and the fish soup and the gazpacho!
