点评：Be careful and do not book! We booked in April 2026 and paid all in advance. We did not receive any information or booking details for the domestic flights. All just in the moment with delays. After arriving on Kogatende airstrip (north Serengeti), no guide and driver showed up. After many trials of calls and only by the help of the park ranger, we reached this „Sylwia“. After 5 hours waiting and already beginning darkness, we were picked up. The planned game drive and relaxing in the evening at the lodge were lost. Another big problem was leaving and entering new parks. Everywhere, the booking of the park entrance was not done early enough. We had to wait several hours on each day. The worst thing: Sylwia is not to reach for us and even not for her driver and guide.
For refund requests, no answer….we are in the process of using a lawyer.
