点评：I was really upset when I arrived at the conservation area and was told I purchased rentals not from them but a place in town? I had to leave and drive to get my rentals in town. We were given a pump because I had to deflate the tubes to get them in my small car.. I do not have a port in my car to plug in the pump, so had to ask the conservation people to inflate them for me (not fair to them since they did not rent me the equipment). After an hour of trying to figure everything out and tubing one of the covers on the tubes was left behind when we deflated the tubes. We had to drive back to the conservation area to find it and drive back. Insanely inconvienent.
What upsets me is:
A. It is not clear on the website you are NOT renting from the conservation area and need to drive into town, deflate the tubes, pump them up, deflate again and drive to return them. Cuts into the day
B. That this website pops up first when you search the Elora Gorge making it seem you are renting your equipment on site and supporting the conservation area.
C. When you go to the rental premise you have no idea where you are going as there are no signs by the road to guide you. When we first went there we turned away thinking we were lost. It looked like a community center/vacant parking lot. When we went back we drove to the back and saw a tube by the door which could not be seen from the road or when you enter the parking lot. So frustrating!
D. would rather rent from the conservation area as the money goes towards the park and staff and makes these experiences possible.
The young girl we dealt with was lovely, and helpful, I am sure she deals with upset people who have been inconvienced by this all of the time.
We have been to the Gorge a few times and I never had this happen when I booked online. Please be careful and make sure you are booking at the right place. Support the conservation area not the competition!

C. 去租赁点的时候，你根本不知道该往哪走，因为路边没有任何指示牌。我们第一次去的时候，还以为自己迷路了，就转身走了。那里看起来像个社区中心/空停车场。后来我们又往回开，才发现门口有个管子，从路上或者停车场入口都看不到。真是太让人抓狂了！
D. 我宁愿直接从保护区租，因为钱会用于公园和工作人员的维护，让这些体验成为可能。
我们遇到的那位年轻女孩很可爱，也很乐于助人。我相信她肯定经常要应付那些因为这件事而感到不快的游客。
我们去过峡谷好几次了，以前在网上预订的时候从来没遇到过这种情况。请务必小心，确保你在正确的地方预订。支持保护区，而不是竞争对手！
