点评:I am an English teacher at a high school. We worked all year on fund raising to be able to take our senior class to Six Flags. We raised enough money so that no kid had to pay out of pocket to go-and we paid for a charter bus as well. The trip over all cost about $6200. The ticket purchase on line was a nightmare. We were never able to speak to an actual person; everything was done through emails. We were told someone would contact us, but that never happened. We were given two quotes and because we didn’t know which was correct, we just paid the higher priced one and moved on. We get to the park and our tickets will not scan; we waited about 45 minutes for someone who could actually help us. We were told to “ditch” the paper tickets because they were flawed which left each student with nothing to use for his/her lunch meal that was packaged in our ticket price. When I asked if the supervisor could print each student a corrected ticket, I was told “we have no printers” The supervisor had each student (all 52) take a picture of a bar code so each would be able to use the lunch-snack perk we had bought. About half of the students were not able to use it because food staff could not get it to work nor did they know how to enter the bar code number manually. Several of the big roller coasters were closed along with about half the food vendors. We found only a hand full of park workers who were happy to be there. (I guess if the employees are treated like we were, I would be disgruntled too) I could go on an on about small mishaps during the day, but just know the experience has me saying I will never return. We made the most of it and stayed a little longer than planned so the students could make up for the time spent at the entry gate. By the way, there was another school group ahead of us who was experiencing the same issues. Six Flags you are a multi million dollar corporation- please work on professionalism, customer service and training.
