点评：This is a small museum that concisely tells the history and culture of the Cook Islands from earliest migration settlement to European contact, colonization, and self-governance. It also does a good job of explaining the Cook Islands’ role in the larger Polynesian history and community. Museum itself takes about 45 minutes to read all items and exhibits. A series of informative videos play on the far wall, with chairs throughout the museum for comfort while reading & viewing.
Fantastic cafe!! The savory & sweet selections are impressive. The selection of local artists’ works is small but varied and nice.
The staff is warm and engaging, and you are welcomed with a glass of ice water- you feel genuinely looked after.
