点评：We were excited to try their cocktails, but it was a big letdown. The mojito was overly sweet with barely any mint flavor or freshness, and the caipirinha had poor lime quality and almost no noticeable alcohol or cachaça taste, they were completely undrinkable.
It strongly felt like they used cheap, low-quality local spirits, which ruined the balance and made them harsh.
We returned them politely, but the manager refused to remove them from the bill, insisting we pay full price because "they were already served," even though we consumed zero due to the bad preparation. We ended up paying for drinks we couldn't drink.
Under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA7394), you have the right to a refund or adjustment for defective/unsatisfactory services
This "pay anyway" approach feels unfair and deceptive.
